Local government workers from across Cambridgeshire are rallying for a fair pay rise as their industrial action ballot opens.

Despite working through the hardest year of their lives, local government workers have been offered a measly 1.75% pay rise – 2.75% for those on the lowest pay point.
Local government workers have overwhelmingly rejected this offer. UNISON members now have the opportunity to vote Yes for industrial action and fight for better pay!
