19 – 24 October 2020
Just because we can’t meet in person, doesn’t mean democracy has to stop.
UNISON’s Disabled members have organised a week-long programme of virtual events in place of their normal conference.
What’s on?
There’s an exciting schedule covering a range of topics:
- Keynote session on learning from the impact of Covid 19 on disabled people,
- The right to homeworking as a reasonable adjustment,
- Disabled members organising,
- Black disabled workers
- UNISON’s new national care service campaign.
How do I take part?
Disability Live! events are only open to disabled members of UNISON. We want to make it as accessible as possible, so please let us know if there are any adjustments you will need to allow you to take part.
To register, please email conferences@unison.co.uk with the subject heading Disability Live! and your name, your membership number, your branch and any reasonable adjustments you need to participate by 5pm on Thursday 8 October.
When you’ve registered, you’ll be sent an email giving details of how to register for individual sessions.
