Disabled members in the Eastern region are invited to a training weekend at Wyboston Lakes near Bedford.
It’s the first time the regional disabled members’ group has hosted an event like this It’s not only a fantastic opportunity to brush up on your knowledge, but also network and share experiences with other disabled activists in the region.
This is a residential event with food and accommodation included in the fee. All reasonable adjustments (including dietary requirements and room access) need to be provided upon registration and we will do our best to accommodate, though some adjustments have considerable lead-in times.
Places are first come, first served. The weekend also hosts the disabled members committee AGM, when disabled members discuss priorities for the year and elect the people to carry them out. This is open to all disabled members, whether branch officers or not.
