UNISON Black members at the University of Bedfordshire are the driving force behind this Race Equality Week event.
It is designed specifically for senior leaders to engage in shaping approaches to race equality, fostering an inclusive culture, and addressing the common challenges we face that impact our teams and workforce.
The day will be comprised of keynote speakers, a panel discussion and roundtables, providing the opportunity for collaborative thinking and the sharing of ideas, best practice and resources that will drive forward race equality in the workplace.
