Public service workers from across Hertfordshire are invited to this event exploring the challenges faced by those with hidden disabilities and other health issues that cannot be seen.
It will raise awareness around mental health conditions, chronic pain and the menopause, and look at experiences of neurodiversity, providing a safe space for people to share their own knowledge.
We will explore our rights at work and equip staff and reps with the knowledge to fight for them, and support their colleagues.
The event will also look how we can improve policies to better facilitate inclusive workplaces.
