This workshop aims to provide an introduction to mental health. It will enable learners to understand the main mental health problems that people face and gain an insight into the experience of having mental distress. It will look at some of the misconceptions associated with mental health, as well as some strategies for promoting good mental health, and enable you to take a revised awareness into the workplace.
