While UNISON’s power comes from its members, branch leaders will need to effectively negotiate to get the best deals for public service workers.
This One Weekend course will equip branch officers and senior reps with the skills needed to win for members at the negotiating table.
If the course is oversubscribed, places will be prioritised for those who are required to engage in negotiations in their current branch role.
