Organising to Win is all about building UNISON’s strength in workplaces like yours. There’s a grand strategy behind it but at heart it’s all about something very simple — talking to your colleagues.

We’ve all tried talking to workmates only to be knocked back: “I’m too busy” or “it won’t make a difference.”

That’s where organising conversations come in. These are structured one-to-one conversations with your colleagues which help build a relationship and inspire them to get more involved in the union or in a particular action. They are tried and tested — and they get results.
