Organising to Win Disputes is a 2 day course for Branch leaders which will focus on what it means to be dispute ready and build a plan to win a local dispute through:

  • Having effective conversations with workers
  • Building membership and participation
  • Identifying and supporting workplace leaders
  • Ensuring data compliance
  • Creating crisis for the employer
  • Consolidating wins in the Branch

When does the course run?

The course will run online from 9.30am to 4.30pm on 29 and 30 April. You will need to attend both days in order to complete the course.

How much is the course?

There is a charge of £100. Your branch will fund this cost and they will be invoiced once you have completed the course.

Who is this course for?

Senior branch officers who will lead their branch and members through a local dispute. 1 person per branch. Limited places – first come first served basis.
