It’s time to have a fresh look at how we recruit and organise in schools
The difficulties supporting members and organising in schools both individually and collectively are well known so it is important to establish a regional strategy to overcome them.
At the summit we aim to agree a way forward with MAT’s, to consider how our regional fighting fund bid fits with this strategy, and what the likely impact is of the introduction of payment for DOCAS.
