Save Norfolk’s services

County Hall, Norwich

Norfolk councillors plan to slash budgets and raise taxes while residents struggle to get by.

Join UNISON and a range of community organisations outside County Hall to oppose the cuts!

What’s happening?

Norfolk County Council has already lopped half a billion pounds from its budget in recent years and now wants to make a further £50 million in cuts, including £17m from staffing. This is bound to mean job cuts.

Meanwhile, residents struggling with the cost of living crisis face a 5% hike to council tax as well as worsening council services.

UNISON has teamed up with Disabled People Against Cuts and other local trade union and community groups to oppose more attacks on the county’s jobs and services.

Join us to lobby the full council meeting on Tuesday 21 February and tell councillors to defend jobs and services.
