SUMMARY:Social care active members workshop
DESCRIPTION:UNISON’s active members are getting organised to build their union and transform social care into a truly respected and valued public service.

This day-long workshop is a chance to meet other active members in social care. It’ll be an opportunity to network, discuss common problems and take part in some training to help you tackle some of the issues in your workplace.

It takes place during the activist summer school, a week-long programme of courses at our Higdon House office, giving you a chance to meet other activists from around the region. Your branch will pay the costs of the course and help with any travel expenses so they need to confirm they’re happy for you to attend.

Please note, this course is only for members working in social care who have signed the Activity Pledge and did not attend the course at the One Weekend.
