UNISON Eastern is offering a fantastic range of courses just for members in social care.

These courses will help you gain the skills to do your job more effectively.

As well as record-keeping, we have sessions on dementia awareness, behaviour that challenges, and end of life care.

What will the course cover?

  • Explore the purpose of record-keeping.
  • Identify factors that will ensure effective record-keeping.
  • Examine essential elements of good record-keeping.
  • Explain confidentiality as a common law duty of confidence.

About the trainer

Keith Jones will facilitate the session.

Keith has worked as a consultant in health and social care for 22 years. He began his career as a mental health nurse, then moved into adult nursing and continues to work as a ward sister.
