TUC Education’s new Union Learning Representatives One online is for newly appointed union learning reps (ULRs) and experienced learning reps who would like a refresher.
This course will introduce you to the role the ULR, and the essential tools and knowledge needed to be an effective one.
What is this course for?
The course will help you:
- Support and encourage members who want to broaden their skills,
- Arrange training and learning opportunities,
- Identify learning needs.
Who is this course for?
The course is for both new and more experienced reps and takes between 8 and 10 hours to complete.
