The first time you claim, you will need to provide a normal pay slip showing your regular pay as well as the pay slip showing deductions. If you claim a second time, you will only need to provide the pay slip showing deductions.
Our team will process your claim as quickly as possible, but it will be quickest if you are able to provide the information clearly, please double check your bank details and make sure you upload the forms correctly.
