This has now become an established part of our awards as bringing more young workers into the trade union movement to help maintain and improve bargaining power in addition to ensuring the building of sustainable union organisation is a key priority.
This award recognises the achievement of a young member (aged 27 and under) who through their work on behalf of UNISON and our members have made an outstanding contribution to UNISON.
