As the cost of living continues to bite, UNISON’s branch welfare officers are a vital support to our members, it’s essential they’re equipped to deal with members’ concerns and able to offer advice.
UNISON’s national learning and organising team offers a two-stage course for new welfare officers.
Stage one consists of a one-hour module and 20-minute GDPR e-note. Stage two consists of two half-day online sessions.
