With many workplaces finding themselves with a predominantly ageing workforce, where menopausal women are finding themselves working harder for longer, this virtual session will look at why it’s more important than ever to be engaging with employers and staff alike in order to bust the myths around menopause, looking at what is needed in workplaces for them to be ‘menopausal friendly’ and working towards getting everybody talking about what has been for far too long a taboo subject!
