What's on?
You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about sponsored worker visas and ask general questions about your immigration and employment rights and any concerns. But please note, they will not be able to give any direct advice on your personal situation.
About the speakers
Ilda de Sousa, partner and immigration solicitor, Kingsley Napley
Ilda is a South African-qualified attorney and a British-qualified solicitor, with more than a decade of UK corporate immigration law experience.
She has extensive knowledge of the points-based immigration system, including assisting employers with sponsor registrations and advising on immigration compliance issues.
Adele Edwin-Lamerton, senior associate and employment solicitor
Adele has extensive experience in employment tribunal claims, and has litigated in respect of employee/worker status, equal pay, holiday pay, discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE, unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal.
She has particular expertise with industrial relations, encompassing working with a unionised workforce and trade union representatives. She has previously spoken at the Trades Union Congress.
