This online course is for union learning reps (ULRs) who have some experience and/or have completed the Union Learning Reps 1 course (certificate or online). It will build on your existing ULR skills.
What is this course for?
The course will help you:
- Address your own development needs as a ULR,
- Work with partners, employers and providers,
- Use your ULR role to recruit members and strengthen your union.
Who is this course for?
The course is for both new and more experienced reps and takes between 8 and 10 hours to complete.
