This half-day course is part of an expanding set of nationally provided sessions on discrimination under the 2010 Equality Act.
Intended for activists who have already completed an introductory employment law course, it works through a film and discusses how to interview a member sensitively, how to prove that sexual harassment happened, time-limits, and the difficulties facing workers who bring tribunal cases in this area.
Participants may wish to follow up with the sex discrimination course scheduled for November.
